Amuze Bistro periodically hosts and participates in special events and activities. April 2010: Amuze Bistro and Tri-Lakes Center for the Arts are next door neighbors. We are teaming up once again to provide excellent food at selected TLCA events. Amuze Bistro will offer light food for reasonable purchase at theatre events throughout spring. September 2009: Amuze Bistro Celebrates One Year Anniversary! September 26, 2008 marked the one year anniversary since we opened the doors of Amuze! Chef Bill takes a moment to thank all of you, our loyal friends of the bistro, for making our first year a success. So hard to believe it has been a year but we’ve enjoyed serving all of you and growing together throughout the year. We couldn’t have done it without you! There are many special events and activities planned for the coming year that you’re sure to enjoy! The menu continues to change seasonally and sometimes at moments notice as Chef Kelly and I work with the multitude of specialty purveyors and fabulous local ingredients we’ve been procuring.
